Speaker candidature application form 4th edition 2005.
Submissions in electronic form (DOC; RTF; TXT) are strongly preferred. Scholars at all stages of their careers are equally welcome. Required short bio-bibliography. The candidature must arrive within the January 1th 2006 for papers and/or review of: books, websites, softwares.
